Okay, so busy, busy, busy!!!! But, here's the update! So, on the seventeenth our Christmas craft was making toilet paper roll reindeer, our activity was wrapping grandparent gifts in our homemade wrapping paper and we read Treasured Tales' The Legend of the Spiders and learned about Christmas in Italy. On the eighteenth our Christmas craft was making molasses in the snow, our Christmas activity was to give out our hand made hot chocolate filled ornaments at Landon's belated birthday supper and we read Christmas at Hollow Tree Inn and learned about Christmas in Greece. Then, today, our craft was to make puffy paint snowmen (which we have to finish tomorrow because the paint takes forever to dry), our activity was to buy a poinsettia and then we read the Legend of Babouscka and learned about Christmas in Mexico.
Wrapping Grandma and Grandpa's presents!
Landon was very helpful at holding the paper in place!
Carver, not so helpful...but cute.
The finished product.
Mixing up our brown sugar and molasses for candy.
Making our candy in the snow.
The boys getting into gluing eyes and pom poms.
Landon loves these crafts.
Carver loves watching.
Cole, his girlfriend Nicole (yeah, too cute) and Landon opening their hot chocolate ornaments.
Great Grandma!
Bill and Crystal enjoying their gifts.
Landon loved puffy paint (made with cold shaving cream, modge podge and lots of glitter!)
Yes, Carver ate some.
Our snowmen, minus the accessories.
The finished reindeer...well, except for the one on the right. Landon insisted that we make a Santa, too!
Our new poinsettia. Hopefully I won't kill it.

Thanks guys! I feel so honored that you keep up with us! We're enjoying making our kid's holidays and lives in general very special for them so that they'll carry that into their adult lives. Have a wonderful Christmas!
