This past week, we talked about 'Revelation'. A very deep, insanely mind-blowing topic. We learned that God reveals himself to us all the time! Isn't that excitiing? We can find god in people, stars, trees, music, animals, the wind, everything...he's not just in the bible! Although when we read the bible, God reveals Himself to us strongly. How, you might ask? In the way we feel when reading the Word...when you randomly pick a passage and it speaks to your soul. That's God! We learned that small, seemingly irrelevant things are our tiny God miracles; miracles don't have to be as big as raising from the dead or helping the blind to see.
The bible is a miracle and if we approach our bible study with questions, love, a need for comfort, prayer and with every ounce of our being, our live will be so full. Our cup will runneth over.
And finally, we learned that through God's grace we can find so many wonderful things; Comfort, eternal life, a feeling of fullness, sadnes and anger subside, you feel complete and you always feel Jesus! Isn't that awesome! I love knowing that my dad is always with me, getting my back and encouraging me!
And finally, I'll leave you with a few questions to ponder:
1. What is one question you would like to ask God when you get to Heaven?
2. How has God revealed Himself uniquely to us through Jesus?
Bible Quote of the Week:
"but in these last days he has spoken to us through His Son whom he made heir of all things and through whom he made the universe." Hebrew 1:2
