Leaves and Scarecrows and Fun...Oh My!

In case the title didn't give it away, we've been watching The Wizard of Oz.  But, we've also been keeping up with our Thanksgiving activities!  Last night, after dinner, we made leaf rubbings (I'm sure you remember them from elementary school!) and this afternoon, we used paper plates, construction paper and googly eyes to make scarecrows!  Check it out!

Landon's still getting the hang of the crayon holding thing but both boys loved scribbling away to their hearts' content!
 The finished product!
A bunch of goofballs and glue...a scary combo!
Landon's scarecrow on the left (unassisted) and Carver's on the right (with some help from Dad)
